Typically real-time for US equities in market hours, and exchange-delayed, usually by 15 minutes, for some international markets. Each quote carries its delay in minutes and a timestamp.

As far as the history endpoint’s range allows; the API reference lists the ranges and bar sizes on offer. Cap the number of bars, or ask for the full range.

Income statement, balance sheet and cash flow. All three are annual, with several years of history keyed by line item.
